New Majority Capital Management LLC (NMC) is in the business of catalyzing generational wealth through small-business acquisitions by underrepresented entrepreneurs. Our model is rooted in ETA. NMC is an impact-investing fund that provides training and non-extractive capital to help underrepresented entrepreneurs acquire and scale small businesses. Leveraging novel financing structures and partnerships with financial institutions, we will eliminate "access to capital" as a barrier to business ownership.
